About

I recently completed my M.S. in Integrative Biology with an Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior specialization and a Certificate in Spatial Ecology from Michigan State University in 2024. I completed my research in Dr. Phoebe Zarnetske's Spatial and Community Ecology Lab with funding from the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship Program (2021 Awardee).

I completed my last two years of undergraduate at Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI. I graduated with my B.S. in Environmental Biology/Plant Biology with a minor in Environmental and Sustainability Studies in 2021.

My first year of my undergraduate education at Spring Arbor University in Spring Arbor, MI. I pursued coursework in Biology and competed on the Cross Country team.

A native Michigander, I grew up in Charlotte (a small town in Greater Lansing), MI. In 2018, I graduated from Olivet High School in Olivet, MI. During high school, I was a 4-year Varsity Cross Country athlete (Division 3 Regional Champions 2016), 3-year Varsity Track and Field team athlete, and 2-year Statistician for the Girls Varsity Basketball team. Academically, I took dual enrollment classes at Lansing Community College.
